Things You Should Know
-
Radical Transparency:
We believe in clear, open communication. Talk to your coaches and training partners about any concerns, injuries, or goals. -
Sparring Etiquette:
Sparring is for learning, not for hurting. Prioritize longevity—no hard hits that lead to concussions or injuries. -
Leadership:
Skilled members, be a leader. Offer tips to new members when appropriate and help create a supportive environment. -
Injuries:
Disclose any injuries to your coaches and training partners. It's better to adjust your training than risk further injury. -
Intermediate & Sparring Access:
Participation in intermediate and sparring is by coach approval. If it’s your goal to join these, speak to your coaches to create a plan. -
Community Focus:
You're part of a community. Help foster confidence, resilience, and care in your training partners.
Our Mission
Alliance Thai Boxing aims to inspire our students through teaching the traditional art of Muay Thai with a family feel, fostering a community of confident individuals who uplift one another through fortitude, discipline, and care.
Welcome to our community!
